after 24 hrs in the air and wait time at airports including one of Europe's lousiest airports. You go to bed exhausted jet lagged and in the early hours of the new day you wake up to loud music and dancing. Dazed you stay in bed and wait and say someone else must have heard all this violet crazy sounds and heavy bodies bang dancing. I get out in my room to track the source and it is on another floor coming from another guest room and the smoke smell is atrocious (so you conclude some are drunk and high). Luckily, the night shift took action and the noise subsided. Now you are awake the hotel does not offer amenities like coffee or any of that sort and getting out to get something is out of the question. In short the rest you dreamed of is out of the window and you are left with a feeling that you have been robbed of your night and the energy you desperately need for the next day planned activities. The bright spot is that at check out the clerk said sorry and that was that.
