Hands down the worst hotel experience I have had in Lebanon. If you are thinking of staying here, do not. Go to 1866 down the street instead. You cannot even enjoy a simple coffee on the rooftop because it is not part of the hotel even though it literally is. Just another way to squeeze more money out of you. Most mornings no one was even up there which was the whole reason I wanted to have my coffee there. The only positives were the woman at the front desk and the assistant manager, both kind and professional. He genuinely tried to make things right and even insisted the cleaning staff give me fresh towels. He was respectful and looked honestly disgusted when I showed him the photos of how bad the room conditions were. Neither of them are to blame. The problem is ownership and upper management who clearly have no standards or training. When I ran out of toilet paper after the room was supposedly cleaned, I opened the drawers under the sink hoping to find some and instead found two Zara shopping bags filled with garbage from the previous guests. On my last day I had to go back downstairs again just to ask for clean towels. The cleaning lady literally handed me one that was dirty. When I called her out, she grabbed a clean one instead but I watched her quietly put that same dirty towel back on the rack to give to the next guest. Why not just throw it away. The phone in the room never worked once. Needed anything I had to go downstairs every time. Water flooded the bathroom an

The only good thing about this hotel was the one of the ladies at the reception, The other 3 were rude and unprofessional. My fridge didn’t work and i asked for help 5 times in 2 days in a 3 night visit u until they fixed it. Well actually they had to replace it because they put one that wasnt working. The staff watched us struggle with our bags and didn’t move a muscle. The shower gel and soap were near empty when i got the room and when i asked they said its fine its not empty yet! Coffee packets were not replaced regurly until you ask. They have a bar and when i asked for a wine opener they said sorry the bar is closed! They dont help in anyway and it was a very bad experience and i will never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Would stay here again!

highly recommend - would stay here again. Room was good, location is ideal in Hamra. Staff are super helpful with printing, organising Covid tests etc. Room is clean, modern and great value for money.

Nice hotel, clean room, very spacious and modern. Staff was friendly and respectful. My only wish was to have a better view but since a new building went up, they lost a full ocean view. Many restaurants and shopping that are just a walking distance, even coffee ahops. We will stay there again.

The staff were friendly specially Wael and Samah were always smiling and ready to assist. Islam the helper was excellent and Ahmed who handled the parking was excellent and very helpful. However there is a lady at the reception who could be more helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were not sound proof and very noisy. Door slamming in the night. The worst part was Breakfast. Horrendous to say the least, 2-3 items at the max and has nothing to do with a typical Lebanese breakfast. The guys working at the breakfast are rude to say the least.
