“Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. “el apartamento esta muy comodo, la habitacion, muebles y todo limpio, excelente vista, que estuvo promedio: a) no habian toallas de playa. b) no se puede pedir para hacer BBQ. c) problemas de internet al llegar que ni lo de la recepcion sabia cual era la red. d) el aire del cuarto estaba como malo. e) falta que el personal de las instrucciones bien, no indicaron exactamente donde era el parking, tampoco el edificio, no indicaron que no habia toallas de playa, tampoco que no podiamos pedir el uso……

Lo bueno: • El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con cualquier cosa. • El desayuno estaba bueno. • Agua caliente en la ducha. • La vista desde el balcón es muy linda. Lo malo: • Si buscas descansar, no lo vas a lograr. El viento en la noche es muy fuerte y el plástico del techo hace mucho ruido. Con el viento, las puertas y ventanas también suenan fuerte. “Great hotel in a beautiful property. Everywhere you look there is a unique piece of art (sculpture). Rooms are very comfortable with all you need, balcony is a plus with couch and chairs, heated pool is also nice. All areas with relaxing music. Food at restaurant Fuego and Tiempo are of excellent food quality and great service. Highly recommended hotel to spend some days in tranquility and relaxation. ”

“Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. The beach is about 6 to7 blocks but very walkable. There is a pizza place a block and a half and a restaurant named……

“We stay at a clean room equipped with basic but usefull kitchenette. The owner prepared daily breakfast charged with flavors and plenty of love. Have to say that we were treated like family. I suggest to try the home-made banana & nuts muffins, they're delicious. ”

“Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a nice patio and it was private but also convenient to the amenities on the property. We had a very leaky shower which they were unable to repair during our stay. For so many reasons, we hope it has been repaired. Besides that, the food and happy hour was good. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.”

“Beautiful small hotel ocean front, right on the sand! Our room was amazing and the outdoor shower was a bonus! It had a nice deck as well. The beach was large with salt & pepper sand and practically empty. There are lounge chairs with thatched umbrellas on the property by the private beach entrance. Plenty of on-site parking. Only thing I would change would be to add a small table & chairs as there's no place to sit in the room except on the high, comfy bed! AC worked great! FYI there's no……
