This was a wonderful stay for the family. Food was amazing and soo many active for the kids and adults. The evening shows were beautiful from dance shows to music. Lots of talent Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Private beach access was about a 4 min bus ride with the hotel custom bus. Would defiantly stay there again!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel sehr familienfreundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir uns sehr hervorragend erholt. Der Barkeeper war der Wahnsinn. Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Küche war auch sehr lecker jeden Tag was Neues.

When we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and less helpful. They didn't explain the hotel. When we were at the room we have gotm we recognized that it was occupied by other people. We had to go down and ask for another room. The staff didn't seem to be surprised about the fact, that we have got an occupied room. That wasn't a good start. Later we appreciated the good food. It was apity that none of the pools was heated.

Amazing

A wonderful resort for a few days away. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The AC in my room wasn’t working which would have been helpful but nonetheless it was a good holiday stay. Ten mins away from the land of legends and a few mins from some local bazaar shops.

Pool water is very very cold, they don’t turn on the water on the slides for the kids, only for a few hrs No food available in between the restaurant hours Gym not open all the time, they take a 2 hr break and close completely the gym

Das Hotel ist generell familienfreundlich. Die Anzahl der Aufzüge könnte man durchaus steigern, da oftmals ein Aufzug in Wartung war während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Nationalität der Besucher war durchmischt. Viele russische und arabische Touristen. Das Essen könnte durchaus besser sein, wir hatten mehrmals Eierschalen in eigerichten. Die Vielfalt war ok, vieles war allerdings schon auf bevor wir zum Essen kamen und es gab Alternativen die qualitativ minderwertiger waren. Das animationsteam war quasi nicht anwesend, man musste sich tagsüber selbst unterhalten. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war durchschnittlich, obwohl wir ein relativ neu renoviertes Zimmer hatten, war das Bad stellenweise schon ranzig. Einiges wurde während unseres Aufenthalts erneuert (zb Seifenspender). Das Hotel allgemein war also durchschnittlich. Es gab zu unserer Überraschung keinen flughafentransfer sodass wir die Fahrt zum Hotel selbst organisieren mussten. Das sollte in keinem 5 Sterne Hotel vorkommen. Es gibt weder Wasserkocher noch andere warmgetränke die man sich selbst auf dem Zimmer zubereiten kann. Die gewohnten Hygieneartikel für das Badezimmer gab es auch kaum. Alles in allem keine 5 Sterne wert.

Maden var under alt kritik det var det samme hverdag morgen middag aften. Kedelig og det meste var genanvendt. Da jeg nævnte det for personalet nægtede de det hele. Det irritere mig da jeg har været restauratør i over 40 år. Så bilder de mig ind at det er frisk tilbredt det hele.

Miniclub Personal nicht Gut.

Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall Leuten mit Kindern empfehlen, da die Leute, die im Miniclub arbeiten, mit ihren Telefonen in der Hand herumlaufen und nichts machen . Meine kinder wollten T-Shirts bemalen. Die Miniclub arbeiter haben die Farbe und die T-Shirts mitgebracht Sie lagen auf dem Tisch. Und gehten weg Es tut mir leid, aber Sie verkaufen ein Produkt und helfen nicht einmal. Ich sagte, ich würde die Kommentare schreiben, aber die Antwort war eine Dame mit Brille und sie sagte, Sie könnten schreiben. Sie sind sehr arrogant und haben kein Interesse an Kindern, daher empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht für Leute mit Kindern. Grüsse aus der Schweiz 🇨🇭 Fam.Doganci

HER ŞEYİ VASATIN ALTINDA, DÜŞÜK KALİTE

herşey vasat altı ve kalitesiz: Yemekler, içecekler, servis, sunum, personel profesyonelliği... 5 yıldız ve herşey dahil konsepti sadece lafta kalıyor. Rezervasyon yaparken denizden 1,5 kilometre uzakta ve halk plajında denize girileceği belli değildi. Resimler sanki otel deniz kenarı gibiydi

The hotel in general and facilities were great, there was adequate space around the pool areas and was always able to get a sunbed no problem The gym is very well equipped and runs classes throughout the day. The rooms are clean and spacious with the children having proper beds instead of a sofabeds, and the mini bar is a nice touch and is refilled every day. The food in the restaurant is the same every day and lacks poultry options. The bar staff were rude and not helpful in offering drinks and would serve other people at the bar before you even if you were next. There was a language barrier with some staff who didn't understand drinks or questions.

VASAT ALTI BİR HER ŞEY DAHİL TESİS

Yemekleri başta olmak üzere, otelin genel durumu 5 yıldızlı her şey dahil bir tesis için vasat altıydı. Barlar ve mekanlarda servis yoktu. Self servis olarak sunulan içecek kalitesi ve sunumu düşük seviyedeydi. Otelin bahçesinin olmaması ve otel çevresinin işlek yollarla kaplı ve gürültülü olması kötüydü.
