The staff at check in was so helpful and kind. The restaurant is terrible and took forever. The room was fine, average and decent for the price

Loved the staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was a little stiff and the sheets are scratchy. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was closed due to low staffing but a nice mall with many families was within walking distance to eat dinner at 5Guys.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of George Best Airport. The Premier Inn is only 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lovely room on the top floor, a Premier Plus, which was an upgrade as I booked a standard. Very much appreciated. We were disappointed when we asked for one of the featured drinks in the bar, and it wasn't available, but our meal was enjoyable. Again, the servers were very good. All in all, a great place to stay near the airport, and it's also close to Titanic Belfast.

Not enough staff. Everything from check-in to the restaurant and bar seemed to be staffed by one person who was hard to find. Often waiting 5 or 10 minutes before you could do anything.
