Basement is unfinished. Access will be provided to the basement for laundry
purposes, but the rest of the basement is off limits to guest and is monitored
via camera. Additionally, there is a security camera overlooking the driveway
area.
Cabin is an off-grid cabin, with power coming from solar/batteries/propane
generator. For best results plan tasks that require a high energy consumption
(Wash/dry clothes, running dishwasher, baking in oven, etc.) while the sun is
up.
