“From the greeting as we drove up, to the final farewell it was fantastic. The staff is so well trained and efficient. Most speak multiple languages, which made a difference for us. The valets/ bellmen/ general information gives were so wonderful. We ate the buffet breakfast as well as dining in the restaurant for a lunch and a dinner. Their chef is so creative with fresh and healthy food. I tried so many things I couldn't pronounce. The room we had was absolutely perfect for us. We needed to……

“Close to train station ”

“It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. ”
