「Very unique property! Loved the decor, lake views and the opportunity to create art! I have stayed in many rentals but this one is one of my favorites. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed taking an evening boat ride with the hosts. Michelle and Damon are very personable. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience! She is very quick to respond should you need to reach out to her during your stay. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place...

「We were coming to town for a concert at the Momentary and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It's the perfect walk to the Momentary, so we didn't need pay for parking. The aesthetic of the decor was beautiful, and felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed that our unit had a dedicated parking spot, making it easy to find parking and get our car unloaded. Anything that peeks our interest for the Momentary, this will now be our go to place.」

「Nice apartment in a great location! Walkable to everything! Efficient use of space in the apartment. Very clean, modern decor, very safe, good amenities. Loved the indoor bike storage and locker. Host is very responsive. One downside is they only provide one key fob for building entrance. It's workable but inconvenient. Also the furniture is functional especially if you don't spend much time in the apartment (which we did not) but a little lacking in comfort. Overall great stay and I would stay...

「Debbie was amazing! She was such a wonderful host! Very helpful and great communication! The property was incredibly clean, well organized and stocked with all of the essentials, and more! 「The Vrbo was clean, the host was perfect, and the location could not have been better. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go including Crystal Bridges museum and art trail, the Bentonville Farmer's Market, and everything in the downtown Bentonville area. The hosts were kind and very responsive. I will definitely book this place when I visit again if it is available.」
