Our space has amenities for 9 guests and an epic living room with a small rock wall and slide for the kids! Outside, explore the properties trails for hiking or biking OR hop on them to connect to the popular Snowbird Bike Trail & Back 40.

Welcome to Adventure Barn! Our home is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family & friends. Hang out in our large open living space with a huge cozy sectional, large Smart TV, and shuffleboard table! Around the corner, go through the hallway by climbing along the rock wall or get downstairs by sliding down our built-in slide! The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee. When sitting down for dinner choose between the large indoor dining table that has a garage door that opens up to the outside for some fresh air or the table in the gorgeous screened in patio overlooking the pond.

The peaceful outdoor space has a private pond and a cute patio space with a fire pit and string lights. The home is located on the same property as another short-term rental home and shares private biking/hiking trails along the back side. The trails connect to the Snowbird Bike Trail & Back 40.

After an exciting day, pick from one of our five cozy beds:
(1) The first bedroom is upstairs and has a plush Queen-size bed, access to a private patio, and a nearby bathroom.
(2) The second bedroom is upstairs and has a plush Queen-size bed and a nearby bathroom.
(3) In the living room there is a Twin bed with a Twin trundle.
(4) Also, in the living room there is a Queen-size murphy bed.
(5) In the hallway there is a nook with a Twin bed - perfect for a kid!

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located on the same property as another vacation home - Adventure Awaits. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.

Getting Around:
Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- The gate to the Barn property driveway can be easily pulled back manually and left open or closed, gliding smoothly. It's recommended to enter the property via the barn driveway and exit through the main house driveway. Parking is available in the barn driveway, on the cement pad in front of the barn, or in the grass area to the right of the barn driveway. Please avoid parking in the main driveway connected to the White House.
- No cats allowed. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner.
- The large fan above needs to remain on at all times to circulate heat and air-conditioning in spaces with high ceilings.
- Please note that the indoor fireplace is not intended for guest use.
