Bentonville fun!

Great location , easy to get to bike paths, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was really nice after biking.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The place was spacious, clean, comfortable, with great communication from the host. The amenities were thoughtful. The notes made our stay easy. The location convenient to activities and eateries alike. Highly recommend.

Nice place in a great location.

Great place right next to some cool MTB trails and less than a mile hike to Tanyard waterfall, which is beautiful. Also a great location to drive into Bentonville for those awesome amenities. Great deck and a wonderful hot tub plus some amazing swing chairs with a great view. We loved it.
