Bikers Haven was perfect for our Family of 16. Plenty of room inside to spread out and enjoy and outside as well. The location to trails was as close as the backyard. We were highly recommend staying there!

House has plenty of room and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Bike trails right by the house. Have to go down the trail to to see the water. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative which was great.

Great stay in Bella Vista

Enjoyed the large and updated home. The deck with its early spring lake view was enjoyed as well. MTB trails are challenging and plentiful. Will be back again.

Great family visit

Large gathering spaces. Different spots to break away in smaller groups. Ping pong area was a hit as well as the giant tv! Enjoyed the multiple bedroom options.

Annual Family Golf Outing

The Luxe Lakeside Haven was a perfect place for our group of golfers. The beds were fantastic, the living spaces were large enough for a group of 8 to sit around and share the day's golfing stories, and the back deck overlooking one of the many bike trails in the area was awesome! Communication with the property manager was easy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to take a group of folks seeking some R&R.

Absolutely fantastic!

This house did not disappoint! Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views from the huge windows. I was impressed the moment of our arrival to find the home as described. Huge living areas, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, well stocked clean bathrooms and kitchen. A large group of us traveled to the area to visit family that lives in a small home in Bella Vista. Wonderful space to enjoy visiting while kids enjoyed the ping pong table and exploring outside. We also relaxed at the fire pit in the back.We look forward to staying here again!

Plenty of space for family gathering

We had plenty of room to spread out for a spontaneous family gathering of 11 (9 adults & 2 little people). Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Nice deck spaces. Had a repair that needed to be done; handyman arrived promptly & handled the issue.

Wedding weekend

This home was as described. Ample room for our party of one infant, two teens and 9 adults. The four baths were mandatory for all the girls in our party getting ready for all the wedding events throughout the weekend. The kitchen had adequate supplies for all our food prep and cooking needs. The two living areas and enclosed patio were great spaces for all to relax. Would certainly want to stay again if we need the space for a large group again.

Perfect setup for large families

We had the maximum allowed - 16! We were in town for our youngest son’s wedding (we have 8 children) and 6 of our children (plus their families) stayed with us. The house was even better than advertised. SO much room! And everyone said the beds were so comfortable! The 6 adult boys of ours love to play ping pong so you can only imagine how much of a hit the ping pong table was!! Kitchen was large and spacious and had almost all the amenities we needed. It was just perfect for us. Management was incredibly communicative and so very helpful. We own a STR in Florida so we know a bit about being the host and communication and its importance. We WILL come again. In fact, several of our kids said we need to come here every year!!!

Nice house for a large group!

The house itself was very clean and had plenty of space for a large group. We had 11 total, 4 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of options for beds and bathrooms. Lots of eating spaces and we especially liked the screened in porch and living spaces. The ping pong room in the garage was great but the flooring was a tripping hazzard and the tall table was very wobbly so we had to keep the kids away from that. The listing itself is a little misleading as it has a private dock pictured and kayaks. The private dock actually does not belong to this B&B and you aren't aloud to use it or the kayaks. The trail down to the public access to the lake from the house was not mowed the 1st day we were there making it hard to find and it is very steep. There was mowing and weedeating happening most of the day while we were trying to enjoy the public access area the 2nd day. We probably should have asked more questions as we assumed that we would have more lake access directly from the house due to the pictures. Otherwise the stay was great and the house was great!

Amazing host!!

The host went above and beyond for our group! We do an annual float trip each year in different places and we will definitely be back and stay at the same home. Home was beautiful and fit all 14 of us with room to spare! Highly recommended Weekender Property Management to anyone and everyone!

Family Trip

My family has been coming to Bella Vista since “83” and we have rented homes all over the area and this home blew us away! The pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely stay here again during future trips.

This was a great place for our family! Loved the location, space and parking areas. As well as, the fire pit and other outdoor living spaces. Easy checkin and checkoutA few minor items kept this from being a superior stay.- it felt like it had not been occupied recently. -Musty smell in sunroom.- AC not working upon arrival ( a Sunday), but some one was sent by that evening to get it up and running.- We had only one kitchen dish cloth and no dish clothes for drying. (A basket of some towels were on the floor in the laundry room, but we didn’t know if they were clean or even to be used )- Unwashed sheets left in the washer.- Forgotten food still in the fridge.- No boxes of tissuesBut again these were minor and our gang had a wonderful stay!!
