  • Thanks to its strategic and dominant position, this fantastic villa offers one of the best views of the whole of Lake Como: overlooking Bellagio, the "pearl" of the lake, to its wonderful mountains. The swimming pool and private garden surrounding the entire property guarantee complete privacy for a truly relaxing stay.
    The furniture and fine details make it functional and perfect for both romantic escapes and family holidays.

    ❤ Modern and stylish furnishings characterize all rooms, the villa offers all kinds of accommodations for your holidays!

    ❤ The entrance hall leads into the living area where a large, well-equipped, and functional kitchen is located (2nd-floor).

    ❤ 2nd-floor: living zone, kitchen, sitting area, 1 double bedroom, bedroom with a sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath-tube.

    ❤ Spacious living zone has panoramic windows, a fireplace, and large terraces.

    ❤ Stunning view opens over Lake Como, over the snow-capped peaks of the Valtellina Alps, over the historic and noble residences of Tremezzina and towards the magnificent Town of Bellagio.

    ❤ The wooden staircase leads to the 1st- floor and 3rd-floor.

    ❤ 1st-floor: another kitchen with sitting area, TV, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fitness zone, laundry, bathroom.

    ❤ 3rd-floor: double bedroom, bedroom with a single bed and sofa-bed, bathroom.

    ❤ The property includes a swimming pool and a double garage where 3 cars can be parked.

    ❤ PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: The road leading to the property (about 50 m) is large only 2,20 meters.

Great stay.

I had an exceptional stay at this property. The location was perfect, and the accommodations exceeded all expectations—far surpassing what was advertised. The property management team was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The property is situated a bit off the beaten path from the main attractions, and transportation options in Bellagio can be somewhat limited, with taxis being rather scarce. However, there's a convenient bus stop very close to the property, which helps with getting around. It’s worth noting that if you or someone in your party has difficulty walking, this location might present some challenges.

Pictures online don't do it justice!

A group of 7 of us women stayed here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The pictures online don't do this villa justice. It's beautiful! The house and grounds are enormous and absolutely beautiful. The hosts are so kind and accommodating, even making sure we had bottles of wine waiting for us when we got there. They went above and beyond. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's a 5 min walk to the ferry and there's a bus stop near-by. There are no taxis really. The house was a bit dusty, but nothing horrible. We had such a great time there. It was beautiful. The view of Lake Como was unreal. Bring your walking sneakers!
