「It's an older RV, what do you expect? The location is fantastic, though, if you like a quiet wooded place near a peaceful creek with lots of birds. The RV itself has seen (and smelled?) better days, but the AC worked fine. TV did not work at all. The place could use a good deep cleaning, and the kitchen sink definitely needs scrubbing. Finding a used washcloth in the shower did not increase my confidence in the overall cleanliness of the place, either. Water tastes funny, too. But, did I mention...
