“Stay someplace cleaner!!!”

“The place is relatively new but has been poorly kept up. The floors were dirty, we requested a broom just to sweep the floors and cleanup the loose dirt and hair. Under the beds and around the couch looked like it had never been cleaned since the place opened. My daughter’s feet were black after running around on the floor for an hour. The walls and floors could both use cleaning, floors weren’t even wiped around the counters in the kitchen. There was a measuring cup, a pot and 2 pans. No……

“Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.”

“The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.”

“We had left something in the room and we had to drive back a long distance we called the manager and his staff found it and they held on to it until we could get a hold of it very professional really great hotel looks on the outside not too much but inside and staff wonderful we will go back to this hotel if we go back to visit would highly recommend it.”
