The property overall was dirty. The elevator, rooms and bathroom was also dirty. When taking a shower in the morning there was no hot water. The staff was unprofessional and very nonchalant about this. Never come here!

J'ai payé pour 2 chambres connectées avec vu sur l'eau. Sur place on m'informe qu'il n'existe pas de chambres connectées avec vu sur l'eau et que les chambres connectées sont toutes occupées. J'ai été obligé d'utiliser une seule chambre avec mes 3 enfants et ma conjointe. Le lendemain, suite à mes multiples plaintes, on me trouve deux chambres connectées avec vue sur l'eau pourtant, lors de mon arrivée, Arman de l'accueil m'a Clairement dit qu'il n'existait pas de chambres connectées avec vu sur l'eau dans l'hôtel. C'est un manque de respect, un mensonge, et même une publicité mensonge et une arnaque. C'est inacceptable. Je veux mon remboursement pour cette première nuit.

I would like for the hotel to have dinner with drinks so you do not have to drive for everythink also maybe some meat options for breakfast. Very nice place to stay.

The reception are was very slow in service. The shower floor tiles were moldy, the bathroom and room entrance door was stick in closing. the bedroom key did not work and each time we had to knock for someone to come in. The indoor swimming pool did not look like it had been cleaned and did not have any filter on. Felt like only chlorine was dumped in it. The outdoor pool was cloudy. This was not what we expected for the price that we paid. The breakfast was decent and that area was clean and they served well. We would like Expedia to return atleast 50% of our $ amount spent if not more like $200 They charged outrageously amount of money. We will be contacting Expedia for this.

It was a good experience overall. I found the rooms to be small and there wasn’t much choice for breakfast food. Also the indoor pool wasn’t working for the entire week we were there which was one of the reasons I took the hotel for the kids.

We booked a double queen bed room weeks in advance of our stay, because we were travelling with our 2 kids. They didn’t tell us our room was no longer available until we got there to check in. They said they didn’t have any other rooms with 2 beds. Since we had nowhere else to go, they put us in a smaller room with 1 king bed. We asked for roll out beds for the kids and it took them 4 ours and us going down to the front desk 2 times to get the beds in our room (which they expected us to put the sheets on the beds). After we got the beds in the room, we had little no space to move. The room and bathroom roof had water stains. The bathroom had water leaks, the sink and shower were rusty, the tub was clogged and filled with water every time we showered. We also wanted to take the kids to the pools. However, both the indoor and outdoor pool water was stagnant, and had garbage and food in the bottom. The water slide was also broken. Hotel Management took no accountability or responsibility to what happened regarding them giving away our room, not providing a similar room, giving us a smaller room and taking 4 hours to provide us with enough beds. They didn’t answer our calls, or our booking support calls for 2 days. We didn’t receive a discount or any type of refund. This experience was so bad, we will never stay at this hotel or any other Ramada again. Please don’t waste your money. Find another hotel chain.

The small space in front of the king bed was how much space we had to move.

The only issue related to the quality of the internet which caused constant buffering. Given that their televisions were all RUKO linked, I ultimately turned it off in frustration when I couldn't watch the news for all the buffering. Free breakfast was okay but not as good as I have received at similarly priced accommodations.

The hotel is very conveniently located for travel throughout Prince Edward County (Sandbanks, Picton, wineries..etc). The best feature of the hotel itself is definitely the recreaction area - particularly the outdoor pool. Its not a huge pool, but big enough and the decking area around it is perfect for lounging and hanging out with family. Particulary great for families with kids. On the downside, the hotel itself is rather worn looking. Our room was spacious but it didn't feel 100% clean (peeling headboards, stains on the curtains and in the bathroom and lots of visible rust around door hinges). The bed is comfortalbe enough, but the pillows are TERRIBLE. Very small and lumpy. The TV works via a Roku app but the wifi is awful. For over half of our 2-night stay we could not use the TV at all (annoying as we were trying to relax and watch a movie in the evening). Overall the hotel is okay for the cost. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
