「Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! USB plugs were not functional. The outlets were worn and loose and barely held a plug. 「We waited over 20 minutes to check into our room as there was no one at the front desk. Has lady bugs all over the room. When we did get checked in the front desk was rude.」

「Great price for a comfortable hotel」

「The pool was under maintenance which is the reason I rented the room for a getaway.. dirty room..crumbs and hair that were visible..」

They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.」

We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

「House was so cozy and clean, the property was beautiful and the host was so nice and accommodating. She had information about different restaurants, stores and things to do near by, had print outs about things around the house and a check out list to help everything go smoothly, she even had a generous wine basket set up when we first got there and even had cinnamon rolls for in the morning.」
