「如果沒記錯，入住時間應該是下午三點。但我們中午就到貝林佐納了。只好硬著頭皮去Hotel試試看，可不可以提早入住？櫃檯的先生親切又熱情，馬上幫我們聯繫，讓我們能提早入住。不僅如此，由於我這兩天手機有二個從瑞士撥出的陌生來電，我不敢接。當我們請問這位可愛的先生，他們有沒有打電話給我？這位先生不僅熱心的幫我查了他們hotel的紀錄，確定不是他們打的電話，還幫我回撥，發現根本是沒服務的電話。讓我心安不少。這麼熱心的服務，實在令人感動。而，這間hotel也非常乾淨、舒適。對面就有二家超市，又離火車站不遠。一切都很方便。我強烈推薦它。」

「貝林左納市區能選擇的旅館很有限,我們預訂一間套房,住起來並不舒適,這間套房的房間格局在閣樓,房間高度很矮,ㄧ不留意頭會撞到屋頂木頭,套房的格局很不適當。 早餐還不錯,服務人員親切熱誠,到舊城市區開車約10-15分鐘。」

「Gute Lage der Wohnung. Mit Bus ab Bshnhof (Nr. 1/ Haltestelle direkt bei Wohnung) oder zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplatz für 20.-/Tag ist viel zu teuer. Die Grösse als Ferienwohnung für 2 Pers. (auch 4 möglich) ist gut. Super Balkon. Esstisch auf Balkon wäre kein Luxus. Check-In ist viel zu kompliziert. Vor allem wenn Link nicht funktioniert! Personalangaben sollten bei Buchung angegeben werden. Freundliche Hilfeleistung bei Check-In durch Paolo! Sehr reduzierte...

「Great apartments, new clean and spacious. Location has absolutely nothing within walking distance but there is good pizza delivery and parking right outside the door which makes it accessible to drive places. Train line right outside can be a plus or minus but it did not bother us. 」

「It was quite nice and roomy. The view was spectacular. Our stay was 11 days with no car yet buses were available within a 15 minute lovely walk. Cheers」

「Didn’t get the point of this place. The location was right in front of a railroad track and a busy road, and there was frequent noise always. Also ot was quite humid and stuffy in summer with no aircondition, and opening the windows for a long time was difficult because of the train noise. At least it was clean with a comfy bed, and easy to check in.」
