「Nice, quiet location. Covered parking right in front of the door. Steep stairs going up, but nothing any able bodied person can't manage. It was great overall. 」

「Cozy (tiny) as advertised, but not clean. Couch in living room was missing an arm rest, stained, and had lots of crumbs, dirt, etc. in crevices. Appliances were in good condition, with coffee and creamer available. Suggest rearranging bedroom to accommodate nightstands and possibly upgrade lumpy mattress. 」
