Localização excelente e chalé bem estruturado, bonito e com ótimo design interno. As acomodações são confortáveis e agradáveis. O único ponto que me incomodou foi a falta de privacidade, pois os chalés são muito próximos e é possível ouvir as conversas e ruídos dos vizinhos, inclusive durante a madrugada. Meu vizinho me incidiu nessa questão.

Passamos somente 1 noite no VIA SPE mas certamente voltaremos. Ótimo local e pessoal atencioso. Tudo novo no quarto. Cama confortável.

Tinha reservado um chalé com um tamanho específico, mas quando cheguei não era o combinado. Porém a equipe logo entrou em contato com o Cláudio, que imediatamente não só resolveu, mas disponibilizou o melhor chalé da pousada. E quero deixar um destaque especial para o senhor Aurindo, que está sempre disponível para fazer com que o hóspede tenha a melhor experiência possível. Muito obrigado.

A Via Spe foi excelente desde o primeiro contato na recepção: ótima atendimento, cordialidade, chalés limpos e confortáveis e uma excelente vista da Lagoa da Pampulha Sem dúvida é um lugar que desfrutaria novamente na primeira oportunidade de ir para BH!
