  • This luxurious 75m² holiday home is ideal for 4 to 6 guests. It offers three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a double sink and toilet, with an additional separate toilet for convenience. The spacious, light-filled living room is perfect for relaxing, while the open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and essentials like a filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

    The home also offers air conditioning to keep cool during summer. On the terrace, you’ll find a sauna to unwind after a day of activities. The property is gas-free and includes underfloor heating, solar panels, and a heat pump. The garden shed stores the heat pump but still provides ample space for bicycles. The spacious terrace, with garden furniture, is perfect for outdoor relaxation.

    Located in Bemelen near the Bemelerberg nature reserve, this home offers access to cycling and hiking trails. Nearby Maastricht and Valkenburg provide cultural attractions, and Germany and Belgium are just a short distance away. Und auch das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Sauberkeit in unserem Haus hätte etwas besser sein können, da wir in den sanitären Räumen ein paar wenige Haare der Vormieter und z.T. ein paar Spinnenweben vorgefunden haben.
