「This review is from the perspective of a traveler who frequently travels with her dog. I don’t have an issue with hotels who simply say they are not pet friendly- I just find another option. My issue with this hotel Is that is advertised itself as dog friendly and has the lengthiest list of restrictions associated with pets that I have ever seen at a hotel. 「Would highly recommend AWOL. Excellent location walkable from the village, but also far enough to feel like you are in your own retreat. We stayed in the lodge and the room was very nice—good bed, TV, bathroom, amenities. The breakfast is terriific and much better than the standard free continental breakfast. It was rainy so didn’t use the hot tubs, hammock, etc. but it was all there.」

「This is an amazing Inn (Bed and Breakfast) that we stayed at. The two owners, Brandon and Susannah, are amazing and generous hosts, with homemade cookies (yum!), breakfast and many other amenities on site. They also gave excellent recommendations, not just for the local area but also for the rest of our holiday in the USA. My partner and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home.」
