I know this is not a five stars hotel but I feel like this hotel would not have guests coming back if they do not maintain their facility. Where do I start? 1. Internet: my room is on the 6th floor and it does not work up here due to poor signal. 2. The safe does not have a battery so I nowhere to store my passport and money 3. Bathroom: they should clean the grouts better. I do better cleaning job in my own house at home. The bathroom needs some upgrade to stay competitive. It’s so outdated. The design is poor. 4. What is up with the windows along the hallways. It is so hot out and there is no break going inside the hallways as the windows are completely open. Also there are ashtrays by the elevators? For real, I see smoking ashes inside. Why. Why. Why. You will deter a lot future potential guests. Stop it. 5. Breakfast: is a soup. It is the one and only option. Overall, it is a decent facility but the management team should pay more attention and maintains this place. It is a kind of place you stay once and not sure if you want to come back.

I liked that the location of the hotel is somewhat centralize in the city and that the room rate included a breakfast meal but I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel.

Für den Preis sicher ein exzellentes Hotel, schöne Zimmer mit Aussicht, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und allem, was man braucht. Am Ort sicher die beste Wahl. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einiges, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat: Man bekommt nur eine Schließkarte, die man auch zur Energieversorgung einstecken muss. Wenn man weg ist, laufen weder Klimaanlage noch Kühlschrank. Zumindest der Kühlschrank sollte weiter laufen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vietnamesisch, es gibt zwar Eierspeisen, aber weder Schinken noch Käse. Die Stühle quietschen beim Verschieben sehr laut. Das stört insbesondere den, der darunter wohnt. Schön wären ein paar Filzbeschläge unter den Stuhlbeinen. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Besser und günstiger war es nebenan im Hung Vuong.

Nice and beautiful Mekong river view, clean and comfort beds, friendly and helpful staff. Specially the breakfast had lovely authentic local sweet, cake for dessert. 😋 The price is just right and amazing hotel design. Close to market/shop. Good position. I am very happy and sacrifice to stay here for 3 nights.
