    "Altos de la Quinta" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental apartment spanning 150 m2, oriented in a south-west facing position that allows for abundant natural light throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and is configured with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a well-balanced and comfortable layout for families or groups. The living and dining area is generously sized and connects seamlessly to a private terrace of 15 m2, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful distant view of both the sea and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom also features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms. Throughout the apartment, elegant natural stone floors add a refined and timeless character to the interior.
