“There were no complaints with the house, ot had good facilities. But there were 2 issues1. The pool was in an unusable condition when we got there and hence should not be considered when booking2. Its been 2 months since I booked but havent received my damage deposit refund to date. Have been following up with vrbo support as well but received no help / closure. ”
