Beautiful and modern styled apartment in Benalmadena Costa for rent completely renovated.
The very bright and spacious living room with open fully equipped kitchen has access to the terrace with nice sea views.
The apartment has 1 bedroom, living room, 1 bathroom and a terrace.
Halls with new large windows in PVC and double glazing for greater luminosity and comfort. Air conditioning cold / heat.
It has 1 bed of 1.80 (or 2 beds of 0,90); sofa bed of 1,40, TV, Air Conditioning, WIFI, 2 wardrobes.
The urbanization has swimming pool.
Located at 150 mts. of the beach, next to Puerto Marina and walking distance to Bil Bil Castle, Paloma Park, Arroyo de la Miel. A privileged area close to shops, restaurants and all kind of services. 
Only 8 km from the International Airport of Malaga, where it will take only 10 minutes to arrive by modern highways and 20 minutes from Málaga Capital. Good connections by road and train.

Fabulous apartment in a central location.

I stayed here for 2 months July/August 2021. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The building is a little dated inside but the apartment makes up for this. A bright comfortable space, with sofa, breakfast bar and barstools. Microwave, coffee machine, kettle and washing Machine. Tv with Spanish channels with hdmi port. Huge master bedroom. With 2 singles made up as a double. All ok for one. Comfy and clean. Slightly to light at nighttime due to the hotel Triton sign ! Modern clean bathroom with shower and washing machine. 10 minutes down to the beach front and promenade and 2 mins to the el dorado bar next door. For good quality food with fabulous service. You can use the pool and sun beds are eur2.50 for the day. Maria was a great host. Hospitable and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.
