Windows and terrace with sea views. Mountain View. Full of household appliances, kitchenware and home. Flat screen TV, air conditioning in all rooms and heat pump. Microwave, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator. Elevator, access for disabled people, concierge 24 h. Perfect for up to 6 people (5 adults maximum). In the bedroom there is a double bed of 140x180 and 2 folding beds of 90x190. In the living room there is a 140x190 sofa bed. Several pools and large gardens. Near the beach and all kinds of shops. Animals are not accepted

Lovely apartment

This apartment is well situated, close to a large supermarket and bars,yet it was also very quiet with no noise from the surrounding areas. The apartment is very clean and has lovely views of the sea and mountain, it is very well equipped with plenty of linen, crockery and cooking equipment. We would definitely stay there again

En underbar månad i lägenheten som levde upp till våra förväntningar. Ren och välskött lägenhet på våning 6 med en fantastisk utsikt. Köket var välutrustat med allt som behövs även ett bra Wi-Fi finns, nära till stormarknad, barer och ett flertal restauranger. Dock trist att poolen var stängd men det blev många besök på playan istället då vädret var helt fantastiskt! Vi tackar Mariola för denna gång och återkommer gärna.

Found the area I will live in

I like the apartment a lot. The apartment had all we needed. It had a very nice wiew. The bedsofa was comfortable to sleep in And the bedroom hade plenty of beds due to the bed cabinet. Though couldn´t we get the aircon to work som the room was very cold. Thank godness for that there were several blankets. Easy accessable. Near to the train aswell as to the sea. In the area nearby the house we found several good restaurants and bars.

We were met on Arrival by a lovely couple Mariola and Jose . The apartment has everything you need and is located close to all amenities. Communication with the owners was excellent at all times.

Kodinomainen huoneisto, jossa mahdollisuus tehdä ruokaa (kaikki tarvittava asunnossa valmiina). Keittiö on kapea ja ahdas. Ei tiskikonetta, mutta kahden hengen astioiden käsintiskaus ei ollut meille mikään ongelma. Vaatteille on hyvin säilytystilaa makuuhuoneessa. Siisti asunto. Asunnon kuvat ja kuvaus pitävät paikkaansa. Vesi, sähkö ja wifi kuuluivat vuokraan, joten meidän ei tarvinnut arvailla varausta tehdessä mahdollisten lisäkulujen suuruutta. Asunto on lähellä kaikkea (ranta, rautatieasema, bussipysäkit, taksit, kaupat, ravintolat jne.). Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisessa talossa; alakerrassa ei ole ravintoloita eikä ikkunan alla katuliikennettä. Maisema Paloma-puistoon, merelle ja vuorille on mahtava! Parveke on tilava ja ilmansuuntana etelä/länsi, joten aurinko paistaa siihen koko päivän. Parvekkeita vastapäätä on toinen loma-asuntokerrostalo parvekkeineen. Tuuli tuntuu yllättävän kovalta 6. kerroksessa. Omistaja on avulias ja ystävällinen. Hän vastaa viesteihin nopeasti. Omistaja toi meille avaimet asunnolle ja opasti meille kaiken asumiseen liittyvän (- kello 2 yöllä!). Mariola ja José Antonio - kiitos, että saimme majoittua 7 viikkoa asunnossanne. Tässä asunnossa hinta ja laatu kohtaavat. Voimme suositella 100 %:sti asuntoanne oman kokemuksemme perusteella pitkäaikaiseen vuokraukseen muillekin pariskunnille. Ehkä tulemme vielä uudestaan patikoimaan loka-marraskuuksi ja majoittumaan tähän asuntoon.

Lovely Apartment and Excellent Hosts

This apartment is in a great location near Bonanza Square in Benalmadena close to all the local bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean and tidy and has great facilities for a comfortable stay, including Internet and TV, great fridge and freezer and washing machine. The sea views are beautiful and it has an elevated position overlooking the coastline. I definitely look forward to returning for another stay here.

This was an amazing apartment.

This apartment was beautifully furnished with enough space to sleep 6 people and well equiped throughout. It had a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine in the kitchen which is nice. There was also free Wi Fi. The balcony was large with beautiful views. The laundry and linen were of a very high standard. We were met by the owner who explained everything we needed to know and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the pool closes on the 1st October however we would definately return. Perfect location.

The apartment is true to the description and photos. It is conveniently located for both Benalmadena Costa/marina and Arroyo del Miel, across from Bonanza Square (bars & restaurants) supermarkets etc, and with taxi rank & bus stop just outside. On 6th floor (there's a lift), a with corner balcony which gets the sun all day & evening. Newly redecorated throughout, new air con unit in living room is extremely efficient and silent. Kitchen is small but adequate. The owner has provided everything needed for an enjoyable & comfortable stay, including extras like hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid and deckchairs. From booking to checkout the owners were a delight to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to revisit this apartment when next in Benalmadena.

We were warmly welcomed by Mariola's husband as she was at work. The apartment has been newly refurbished to a high standard, there was everything you need for a self catering holiday & more. We would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back.

Appartement très propre très bien entretenu. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis et ont pris de nos nouvelles pendant notre séjour. Dans l’appartement on a trouvé des produits d’entretien, produit à lessive...C’était vraiment chouette. Appartement et séjour recommandé 😀

Superb 1 bed apartment

We had a warm welcome from the owners who explained all about the property. It was very clean and very well equipped, with a wonderful view. Excellent location with buses and taxis outside and Arroyo with the market and train station are about 20 mins walk. We had a really good time.

Very good value

Ideally situated within a stones throw of Bonanza Square and its facilities and easy walking distance to the beach one way and Arroyo with its railway station and shops the other way. Very well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery etc and nice little extras such as washing up liquid, washing powder, shower gel, shampoo, toilet rolls and bottled water etc. Excellent internet (we were getting 48mbps download speed) which allied to the vpn app on our tablets/laptop enabled us to watch the bulk of English TV/Sky channels. Happy to recommend!

Beautiful place and great hosts

We stayed in this apartment which is very well equiped and the location is perfect! The rooms are clean and the veranda is a big bonus. All shops and restaurants are very close. The hosts were so good, we asked for a highchair and a hand blender for our baby and it was provided. I highly recomend this place and we had a great holiday! Thank you very much!

Bardzo polecam ten apartament w Benalmadena. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest praktycznie we wszystko czego tylko potrzebować można w trakcie wypoczynku.Położone jest w spokojnej ale nie odludnej części miasta w kompleksie apartamentowców.Mieszkanie posiada duży balkon z super widokiem , to ten na zdjęciu.Od plaży dzieliło nas 10 minut spokojnego spaceru , ale dla leniuchów wystarczy zjechać windą na basen w zielonym ogrodzie.Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele są dopełnieniem wartości tego lokum.Korzystaliśmy z mieszkania w 4 dorosłe osoby, wszyscy podkreślamy że było bardzo super!Stosunek jakości do ceny w skali 1-10 to 9,5.Bardzo polecam Paweł.
