With its view of the entire coast of Fuengirola and its multicolored mountainous landscape, and because of its location close to the beaches, this apartment will make your holidays a very pleasant stay.

Located in Nueva Torrequebrada the residence "PLAYAQUEBRADA" is located in the town of Benalmadena Costa, you can enjoy the kms of beaches, walk along its Passeo Maritimo and its Marina of oriental inspiration, or visit its Pueblo, charmand typical Andalusian village.
Nearby you will find multiple shops (supermarket, bank, hairdresser, tobacco newspapers (200m) restaurants discotheques, sports activities, and 80 golfs on the area, including 1 nearby, tennis, padel, surfing, horse riding, fitness, balneotherapy center massages, as well as all water sports, parasailing, jet skiing, diving, and a nudist beach.

The apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator includes an entrance, an equipped kitchen, open on the dining room and a very bright and sunny living room thanks to its door window giving access to the terrace. A bathroom, a large comfortable double bed room opening onto the flowered terrace with sea and mountain views, equipped with a garden table 6 seats and sun lounger.
Possibility of secure covered private parking space with easy access to the elevator.
In the gated, enjoy free swimming pool, green spaces and a children's play area.

This apartment offered everything we needed for our 1 week stay. Martine was extremely helpful from start to finish with suggestions of places to visit and she also organised our airport transfer making it very hassle-free. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa bed. The shower was extremely good. We cooked for ourselves in the apartment and there was a good range of cooking utensils and crockery. We would definitely book this apartment again and would recommend to friends and family.

From check in to check out, Martine was a fabulous host. Her apartment is sparkling clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great response to any questions or concerns that we had. We would go back to her place. The area is lovely, but it is quite far from the centre of everything. However, we bought a bus pass at the Tabaco store and just went everywhere. All in all I would rent it again.

Wir haben hier wunderschöne 10 Tage erlebt. Die Buchung und Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag benötigt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick auf das Mehr uns die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wonderful winter getaway

Costa del sol is a wonderful place to spend winter months. Not everything is open since off season but we easily found everything we wanted. We enjoyed long walks, and the public transportation was very good. The apartment was as announced and well furnished. We gave 4 stars for location simply because we had to walk uphill about 10 minutes to get to apartment, but there is one bus line that took us half way up the hill. On the other hand, being on a hill gave us the wonderful view of the sea and mountains Sean in the advertising for this property. Martine and Bruno are wonderful hosts who do not hesitate to go the extra mile to provide an excellent service for their clients.

Martine and Bruno were tireless in providing a warm, helpful experience from transfer to the apartment; checking in; making sure the stay was to our satisfaction and right up until the transfer to the airport at stupid o' clock in the morning. The apartment was spotless on arrival and contained everything required for a stress-free stay; from kitchen and laundry equipment, cutlery and utensils to bathroom towels, soap, ear-buds and even a nail clipper, plus beach towels on request. Even sun cream and after-sun were provided. The bed and couch were so comfy with air-con in the bedroom, very much needed during the hot week we stayed. Again, the balcony furniture was plentiful and comfy with a sea-view to die for.!! A bonus was the close proximity to shops and restaurants with a supermarket 5 minutes stroll away, a hardware/off-licence/general store even closer and a complex of bars and restaurants 6 minutes walk away with a choice of a local cafe/bar, Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant and an English bar. A cozy little local bar/restaurant is 5 minutes walk the other way. Must recommend the India - stunning food.! Only an 8 minute walk to the beach, the apartment is in a great location. The pool is the jewel on the apartment's grounds - clean and well maintained with ample room to sunbathe on the grassed area around it. We were unbelievably relaxed at the end of our stay thanks to Martine's and Bruno's eyes for detail, warmth and friendliness. Hasta la vist, we'll be back.!!!

Les doigts de pieds en éventail sur la terrasse (très bien aménagée) avec vue pleine mer, sans oublier le piscine. L’appartement est particulièrement propre pour la fondue de l'hygiène que je suis, il y à tous les ustensiles nécessaires à la vie quotidienne. Quant aux hôtes ils sont très agréables, aidants et centrés sur la bien être de leurs locataires ce qui fait du bien lorsqu’on sort d’une location plutôt étonnante de désagréments.

This is a lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings with the beautiful view of the coastline. There is a good supermarket just round the corner if you want to do your own catering or a good variety of restaurants in the town. We used the bus to go to Benalmedena town and Fuengirola and it was cheap and easy. We would highly recommend this apartment

This property was exceptional.

We were very happy with this property. It had been newly renovated and was so clean and bright. The kitchen was very well stocked with good cooking tools and great working appliances. Having a washing machine In the unit was a wonderful addition as we stayed for a month. The location was great, close to buses a grocery store, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Martine arranged to pick us up at the airport and show us around the apartment and gave us great tips about the buses and restaurants in the area.

We loved it!

We stayed at the apartment in September. It has everything you need, like home from home. The owner Martine was at hand if we needed her, she arranged our airport transfers and showed us around the apartment and how everything worked. The complex it is on is very quiet, and has a lovely pool. It is based on a hill so if you had mobility problems it wouldn't be any good to you. There is a bus route, about a 10 min walk away, the bus to the marina was only 1.55 euro each so we used it everyday. If you walk into town its about a 30 min walk away. Overall it was a fabulous holiday and we will defiantly be returning.

Séjour Bénalmadéna 2017 chez les Morillons :)

MERCIIIII, pour l'accueil et leur disponibilité à nos hôtes. Un appartement très bien équipé, silencieux, une belle terrasse et une piscine au top. D’ ailleurs, je veux la même et bien sûr, aussi bien entretenue!!! Une modification qui ne devrait pas tarder au niveau de la climatisation sur la terrasse, toute neuve, pour l'évacuation des condensat à faire. Pour le futur investissement, je recommande quand-même la clim dans la pièce principale pour le second couchage. Encore MERCI, de nous avoir conseillés de prendre la place de parking (25€/semaine). Les 4 étoiles pour l'appartement et l'accueil au top. On ne met pas 5 étoiles pour les proximités et la plage (revoir la distance de l'annonce) pour moi car il faut la voiture et surtout on est peut-être tombé sur une semaine où l'eau était froide pas plus de 21°. Bonne séjour pour les prochains locataires Corinne, Rabah et Amandine
