There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. From the living room, access is gained to a beautiful glazed terrace with views of the Mijas mountain. The windows open to give the sensation of a completely open terrace. There is a dining table for 4 people and 2 comfortable chairs to relax, a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.

The community offers a swimming pool and beautiful gardens to relax and sunbathe. Although not on the seafront, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade where you will find a good variety of places to eat and drink. You are just a few steps from Avenida de Las Palmeras with many restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. A quiet place but close to everything! You can even walk along the beach (2 km) to the famous Marina of Puerto Benalmádena. The nearest train station (Benalmadena Arroyo de Miel) is about 20 minutes walking.
