"Pros: We had a really lovely week here. The house was clean and comfortable and well maintained with all we could need for our stay. It's part of a complex of houses and has a lovely Spanish feel to it. It seemed to be mainly families staying there and was very peaceful. The swimming pool was easy to access and never too full. The roof terrace was great and although it was too hot to be out there in the day, we spent each evening sitting under the stars. It is only a few minutes from the beach...

"We have been staying here for about 15 years or more. We have stayed in other aparthotels in the area but prefer Pierre et Vacances. The apt is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfy with clean sheets every few days. The hotel is generally quiet. We noticed this time at the pool there were a number of larger groups of travellers but the hotel staff were keeping tabs on those situations. The hotel is well situated and well maintained. The grocery store is a new convenience. The one thing I would point out is that the pool area could use a full time staff monitoring the area during busy months. It appears that desk staff are expected to do this while managing the front desk which seems unreasonable. A staff person at the pool to monitor umbrellas that get tipped over, bottles and glassware that get left behind and blown over, sun beds and umbrellas that get 'saved' for hours and not used and cigarette butts blowing about. Someone to do general clean up and monitoring of activities would be very useful. When we first started going there, there used to be someone at the pool at all times. Other than this suggestion, we love this place."

"We changed our hotel booking to this one because it looked better and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect and the staff continually provided excellent quality of service with a special thank you to the concierge. The buffet-style meals were always good and our stay was a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Benelmadena."

"The room was immaculate! If you’re looking for an apartment with the services then this is perfect. It has a fridge and kitchen area so you can nip to the shop for drinks as the mini bar is a little on the high side as expected. So we topped that up with snacks and drinks from the supermarket at the marina. Proximity is perfect close enough to the beach and amenities but far enough from the hustle bustle of the marina. The private pool area was clean although we only had 1 day in there as was closed due to an incident the night before. When coming back I would definitely consider this property again and would recommend to friends and family. A side note would be try and take a shower before peak times as the hot water did run out around 7pm."
