「Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. 」

「The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.」

「They don't seem to have any professional front office, service or housekeeping staff. Very poor room service choice and nothing really offered in the inclusive "buffet" breakfast, makes it a poor stay. No room cleaning offered in the 2N/3D stay. Seems more geared for package holiday international tourists with no service standard expectations. Very close to the beach (10 min walk/ 2 min drive) however, though no view of the sea.」

「This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the heart of Benaulim, being approximately 5 minutes walk to the centre of town in one direction and about a 10 minute walk to the beach in the other direction. The town offers a wide choice of places to eat and drink, bars and a variety of shops, money exchange etc. and also 2 travel agents.
