“The room was great, but the staff did not do enough to keep the every loud people in the lobby quite after quite hours started. The first night it was after midnight before they quited down. The second night it was 3 am and it woke us up. And that obly happened after we called down multiple times to ask to have them move or be quite. ”

“Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room.
Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and……
