“Host was very responsive with all communication. When power went out he sent someone to reset the breaker since it was in an unusual spot. Checkout time on reservation said 11am however we were told we needed to be out by 10. House was comfortable but needs some updates with missing trim, knobs missing on closets and a hole in wall. Was clean with exception of dust layered on fan in primary bedroom and coffee not cleaned out from prior guests. ”

“Very pleasant - had everything we needed. The only complaints were that there was a very strong bleach/cleaning solution smell when we first arrived and the refrigerator (?) made a loud buzzing noise. Other than that it was perfect!”

“These super cool and caring hosts have an outstanding consideration for guests, absolutely everything has been thought of and provided. The house is quality and the location is perfect for quick and pleasant walks to all the shops and restaurants. I was thrilled to find it surprisingly quiet (December), absolute gold for me as a noise-sensitive person who loves living in urban areas. 10/10 will book again!”

“There was no mention that the host lives in a treehouse across the driveway. The kitchen was very grimy, we had to scrub everything down right when we got there. We stayed over Thanksgiving planning to cook a bunch of food but found out when we got there that the dishwasher did not work and had to do all of our dishes by hand. The river is beautiful though.”

“Very responsive host. Love the unit. Anything I thought I might need. I found in the cupboards. Loved the tub in the master. And enjoyed watching the set while we sat in the hot tub. Fire was great. Cozy and relaxing. Loved it!! ”
