「The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.」

「My husband and I came here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. We had the absolute best time!! The cabin was lovely and the land was fun to explore and the farm animals were so fun to watch and pet. We went golfing and to the Colorado bend state park, as well as staying at the cabin and enjoying the patio. Lovely place! Beth and Tom are some of the nicest people too. We really hope to come back.」

「This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. 「The house was beautiful! Lots of room for 14 of us ranging from 10 months to 67! We had a problem with the pool being clean for first few days but host had pool cleaning man out twice to clean filter etc. the pumps being turned on continuously helped On those days we rented a pontoon and went out to eat!! We had a blast and will return. The host was so kind as not to charge for arriving around 2:30. Good memories and family pictures!! Thank you!!」

「The house is pretty accurate with what is in the pictures and descriptions on the web-site. House is small but cozy, perfect for a couple. The area is pretty much as expected with many homes around, easy access to the water and not too far from town. 「Everything was clean and ready for us as soon as we got there . Judy was amazing and attentive . I was on crutches, but she was super accommodating the entire trip. She was always available whenever we needed something and checked in with us, as well. The property was beautiful and the lake was amazing . Would definitely come back out here !」
