This spacious home located in Kennington is the perfect base for your next visit to Bendigo. You can drive to Bendigo's CBD in less than 10 minutes and visit La Trobe University and the Kennington Reservoir in less than 3 minutes when staying at this property.



This comfortable home offers plenty of room for all types of travelers including families, couples, workers and students. The property has three bedrooms (one king size and two queen size) that can fit up to six guests. One of the bedrooms even has a desk with chair which can be used for anyone needing to do work away from home.



Inside this light-filled, cozy home you'll find a large living room with flat screen TV and ample seating. This room can be sectioned off from the dining room and kitchen making it the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind from a day exploring Bendigo.



This charming home has all the amenities you need and is fully equipped with modern appliances. This includes a sizeable fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, air fryer and pod coffee machine.



You'll fall in love with the recently renovated bathroom, complete with oval bath, shower and beautiful finishings. The bathroom has all amenities provided for your convenience. Plus, there is a washing machine and dryer that you can use at your leisure during your stay.



The best part of this home lies in the backyard. Here you'll find a large undercover deck area with outdoor furniture (perfect for entertaining), a BBQ and a huge fully-fenced garden.



PortaCot Available:

We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee.

Please note:



- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Guest Access:

Kennington is a family-friendly suburb located in the historic city of Bendigo. This home is conveniently located close to many of Bendigo's main attractions. It is less than a 10 minute drive from Bendigo's CBD (Rosalind Park, Bendigo Art Gallery) and less than a 3 minute drive from La Trobe University. Kennington house is also nearby Kennington Reservoir and many shops/cafes.
