「First the staff were friendly! However I would not recommend or stop again. The rooms are in need of some TLC with many scuff marks and some damage. The shower base/tray was very badly stained. Rooms where serviced, but bins were not always emptied and surfaces were not cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing, the hot stuff was only just warm, juices watered down and for three days there was no butter or margarine and no sliced bread. The buffet was not replenished and you always need to ask for...

「So many good points! The hotel was lovely, rooms were big with queen beds, nice and clean. Service was excellent, hotel staff were amazing and always very helpful considering with children, I would deffo book there again, shops very close by, beach is about 7 mins walk, deffo recommend to book with them :)」

「Most of the staff were very helpful, good breakfast. Great location. Enjoyed the pool area, but more parasols required as there isn’t much shade. We would definitely recommend & will return」

「Todo perfecto 💯」

「Hotel was beautiful, room clean and very comfortable, staff were great. Everything close by. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Great stay would come again and definitely recommend」

「It was out of the way and the cleaning staff were fantastic」

「Bright and very clean apartment, great location, safe and orderly in residential building.」

「Fantastic hotel! Ideally placed to walk to everything that you would want. Lots of places to eat, drink and entertainment. Hotel room, clean and spacious and the staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast which was varied and delicious. We also ate in the Cafe Paris on site, again friendly staff and great food. Finally we also went to Pepes!! Despite having difficulty in getting into the room via the hotel, we had a great night. Bar staff were super quick with drinks and a great...

「The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). This mattress was better then our one in Scotland. The wiev is stunning. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching the...
