"Very nice staff, room is spacious , staff is helpful when our car was broken by theft, they helped us called the car rental company and they helped to re-print my addission tickets for the remaining visit."

"The location was great but furnitures in the lobby were tired and the shower had black mould between tiles and floor. They need major clean up. Stayed in two star hotel for one night in Madrid during our stay and they shower was immaculate and yet the four star hotel didn’t deliver."

"Location was far from historic /dining areas. Sofa bed didn't work properly but staff was great trying to help and we were fairly compensated. Valencia was amazing !!"
