「The standard room was dark small and uncomfortable had 1 full bed and a twin it’s a a family room I don’t understand why we were assigned that room we are a couple luckily we don’t spend time in the room. Also the pictures on Expedia did not show that the standard room had this format. We complained but were told that is how all the standard rooms are. Pool area isn’t very nice small pool and there wasn’t a hot tub」

「這是一個非常棒的飯店，地理位置也很好飯店也非常好，早餐也很好房間很乾淨完美的一切」

「Overall, a very nice hotel with clean rooms , friendly staff and it’s about a 15 minute walk to the center of town . The town was very busy with car traffic , so I’d suggest parking at the hotel to make it very stress free .」

「The Step House hotel was one of our favorite stays on our Ireland trip! We had a beautiful and spacious room that opened onto a terrace overlooking the gardens and mountains in the distance. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast in the 1808 Pub. We enjoyed the small town of Borris and walking the Railway trail. We hope to...

「Clean, newly renovated rooms. Very friendly staff. Good food.」

「This was a great place! The car park was around the back of the building with plenty of spaces. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. We ate in the bar restaurant and the food was delicious. Our waiter, John, gave us excellent advice on things to see and do in the area and Trish, one of the managers, went above and beyond with hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「Good location. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.」

「Location is fantastic! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable!! Breakfast was very good!」

「This place is absolutely magical! The property is enchanting, the hostess fascinating and the breakfast out of this world! The shepherd’s huts are so charming, I guess you could call it “glamping”? The one thing I would say is that my knees aren’t great and I found the steps to the huts a little tricky, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10! I wish I could have stayed longer.」

「The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The Pub was full of great people and Matt was super friendly.」
