「The only negative I would point out is the fact that the pet-friendly room had a bed with a bed frame that left an open gap between the bed and floor. Allowing our skittish cat to go under the bed and hunker down. It was very difficult to get our cat out from hiding under the bed. Maybe replace those kinds of bed frames with solid ‘pedestal’ style frames. Everything else was very nice. Front desk, check-in, breakfast, etc.」

「The 2-3 people I interacted with at the front desk were great. We had arrived by motorcycles and had no issue with anyone touching our bikes for the brief time we were there. The shower had a crack in the flooring that buckled when any weight was on it and was only patched over with no support. 「Lady at front was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. That was only thing that was nice. The room smelled like dog urine with a side of syrup, the hallway smelled, the room was grimy and hot. The AC was on but didnt do anything to lower the temperature. We were only there for one night after 5 hour drive but I can't imagine people having to stay there longer. Maybe it was just our room on the first floor.」
