"We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves. "We stayed for a quick overnight fun trip with 2 teenage boys and a young child. We booked a premium double queen suite. It had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The only dostintion i could see for the premium was the snacks provided in the room. Unfortunately we did not recieve those but contacted the front desk and they immediately corrected the problem. Customer service was excellent. The breakfast is always great compared to other hotels. The only drawbacks to this location is it is an older building so some updates could make it look cleaner. The pool area is quite small but it worked for us. Some more seating out there would be nice. Overall i give and 8-9 out of 10. We will be staying again. "

"The beds were TERRIBLE! They were sunken in and weren’t comfortable at all. Definitely need to be replaced. My room wasn’t ready at check in so I had to wait more than an hour AFTER check in to get my room. It was on the first floor close to the lobby and loud. "
