The main living area is on the top floor with living room and fireplace, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (each with full bathroom) and a full deck. The lower level has an additional living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a deck area. The downstairs bedroom are connected by a common entryway. There is also an additional queen bed downstairs in a common area. Three televisions with cable, Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus provided for guests. Downstairs includes Ping Pong and Xbox.

Lake Avalon is perfect for fishing, swimming and kayaking. The private dock is accessible from the backyard down a long flight of wooden steps. Guests may enjoy access to the Beach at Lake Avalon just five minutes from the house. Guests may also access Bella Vista's six golf courses, fitness and tennis facilities, several pools, disc golf, a gun range, and excellent dining options. In just a short drive visit the world class Crystal Bridges, the Momentary Contemporary Art Museum, the Amazeum, and historic downtown Bentonville.
