It's fall in the Ozarks!!!

You will never want to leave this place....that's just how you will feel..the beauty of the lake and the wilderness are breathtaking at this lakefront home. The Lake House is an all season getaway. The summers are filled with fishing, swimming, skiing or boating. Just relaxing on the huge screened in porch watching the sunset is so wonderful. Fall brings brilliant fall foilage, football games to see and craft fairs to attend. Winters will be cozy with the native stone fireplace blazing as you cozy up on the couch. Spring is the perfect time for hiking and picnics.

We offer 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, the guest room has 2 twins. There are 2 full baths, a study with a couch and drop dead views of the lake, along with a wonderful den, dining room with dining table for six, complete kitchen and full utility room.

The home is furnished with all major appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, dishes and cookware.

The den is furnished with TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. There is access from the den to a huge deck facing the lake to the west. To the south from the den is an extra large screened in porch with wicker furniture and iron dining table and chairs.

Our home is located just 5 miles east of the Prairie Creek Marina area. The Marina area has a swim beach, picnic pavilions, boating launches and a full service Marina.

We are located 8 miles east of Historic downtown Rogers, only 7 miles from the beautiful War Eagle Mill, 34 miles from quaint Eureka Springs and 30 miles from Razorback Stadium..hosting the best football in the SEC. We are 25 miles from XNA Airport.

Our goal is for you and your family to have a wonderful relaxing time in the Ozarks. We want you to experience true southern hospitality and beauty.

Be aware our home is not handicap accessible.

This lovely lakeside home is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to get away from it all. My experience

Very disappointed for the money I spent. Screened in porch would have been nice except screen was torn so bugs, squirrels and we even had a snake in there. Would have looked better if second ceiling fan was fixed. House was not locked when we got there showers had no trays for shampoo or soap and no bars of any kind. No small waste can in bedroom for tissues front right burner on stove didn’t work and bugs on shelf where can opener was had bugs and had to wast everything. to wash stove top before we could use. The tv was a nightmare to get it to work. We finally ask repair man’s son just how to get it to come on and we stilled couldn’t get but a couple of channels need small ramp going into utility room We are 82 and 75 and we had to sponge bathe because there were no handycap features. Light in kitchen took for ever to come on. The view of the lake was good however I would never recommend to anyone at that price. I wish I had wasted the money elsewhere. It was decorated cute but all appliances seemed so outdated. You have to put into something to get good reviews. I feel like I should be refunded at least 400-00 but I’m sure that will never happen. Meagan you were easy to work with and I wish I could feel differently about reviewsLessons learned the hard way are not forgotton. I will look for something different for next year if we’re still livingResponse would be appreciated!!!!

Good for what we needed.

Magnificent Lake View

Great view of Beaver Lake. Close to many areas of interest. House needs some updating and maintenance and furniture getting a bit worn. Overall though, a relaxing place with plenty of charm. Would recommend to all.

The property was a cozy place on the lake. Everything you would need was available, even firewood for the fireplace, a very nice touch! The views were nice, but a little TLC is needed for this lovely place. This location was convenient for the area and made it possible to travel back and forth to Eureka Springs or hiking trails. The town of Rogers has a great downtown area to explore.

Everything was as expected- easy check in, great view, close to lots of attractions. We were about equal distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Gorgeous deck, which is a huge bonus for me!

Spectacular Sunsets

We most enjoyed the sunsets off the deck over the lake. However, the trees do need to be trimmed back to take advantage of the great view. The large home offered movies, music CDs and games. Decor is pleasant but outdated. The screened-in porch is nice to enjoy dining; however, the screens are damaged so not completely bug free. TV only gets analog channels and CD player quit mid-play. The stove proved a little challenging as I had forgotten to change the cycle on the oven from pre-heat to bake - made our roasted vegetables a little darker than planned! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. It is a pleasant kitchen to work in.
