The property and host were great. The house sits on a hill above Lake Brittany. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake view while sitting on the deck. The house was very clean and well appointed. Loved it!

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed a long weekend getaway with friends. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside seating options. There was a break in the rain so we were able to take the paddle boat out one afternoon. It’s a beautiful home in a nice, quiet area. We would stay here again if we visited Bella Vista again. KC girls trip

We loved the house, location, etc. Our only suggestions, we would have LOVED to have a ladder on the dock. We were not able to get in the lake since we did not have a way to get out of the lake and back on the dock. Also, there was no corkscrew so we had to DoorDash a corkscrew from the nearest store. We hope we will be able to come back sometime!

Beautiful Bella Vista Home

This was hands down the nicest property that we have stayed at in Bella Vista. The view was amazing. The home was spacious and very clean We will definitely rebook this in the future.

Loved the living space and the personal access to the lake. The bathrooms need to be upgraded to match the rest of the house. I would also recommend adding an air fryer to the kitchen for those rainy nights.Celebrated our 35th anniversary and enjoyed our stay.TY

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

We had four adults (my wife, me, my sister, and my brother in law) and we wanted a nice place to relax, be near the water, and play golf. This place was perfect! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. It's right on the lake and the views are beautiful. The owners are super nice and very responsive, and we loved our stay. It has everything you need, and we highly recommend it.

Lovely home and great stay!

The house worked out great for our family vacation! The layout was perfect with the primary bedroom on one side and two bedrooms/bath on the other for our adult kids. Loved the open main living space with a comfy sectional for tv/lounging but our favorite indoor spot was the sunroom with a view of the lake. Kitchen worked well for cooking big meals so we didn’t have to always eat out. Also enjoyed evenings on the lower deck when the weather was nice, it was too early in the season for getting out on the lake, but the trees and flowers were in bloom and the sunset view was lovely. Location worked well, easy drive to Bentonville - we came for the Crystal Bridges Museum (fabulous) and also enjoyed shopping in town, Walmart Museum, Peel Museum and Gardens, Cooper Memorial Chapel, Tanyard Creek trails and Wrights BBQ (best meal we had!). Also did several side trips - Eureka Springs, Onyx Cave, Bluff Dwellers Cave (our favorite, it was stunning). Thanks for a great place to stay!

Hugging the hillside

Property was lovely, comfortable, very clean. The photos do not show how steep the steps down to the lower deck and dock are. We weren't particularly concerned about that because our stay was in March, and we were not doing water activities. The driveway is very steep, which is mentioned, but believe it says it's a slight slope. Not slight for older folks! The area is beautiful, the house is airy and bright with lots of windows. The outdoor decks are also very nice. We would like to suggest some boxes of tissue placed around the house, and the kitchen really needs hot pads! We employed washcloths to remove hot pans out of the oven. A few staples such as foil, saran wrap, etc. would also be a plus. Overall, it was a great place, and we enjoyed our stay. On the last evening, a bald eagle landed in a nearby tree and we had excellent viewing from the sunroom for several; minutes! (courtesy of Mother Nature)

Great stay on the lake

Family of 4 spent three nights at this location - great house and plenty of space for everyone. Loved sitting on the dock during evenings watching the sun go down. Kitchen is generally well stocked - if you cook make sure to bring your own salt/pepper/spices/oils - there were none supplied. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Lake Brittany

The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and the view to the lake was peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped although being people who like to cook we thought there would at least be salt and pepper, but there was not one iota of salt, sugar, oil,spices etc. cabinets are bare and just barely enough silverware. But maybe we’re weirdos and most people go out to eat. There were plenty of nice towels both for bath and for lake activities and the kayaks and variety of lake rafts etc were wonderful. The grill was gross as were all the screen windows which were full of dead bugs which leads me to believe that the house cleaners are not doing their job. The few issues that I’ve mentioned were unfortunate but I have to say the owners were easily available for questions and concerns and, most importantly it is a very nice home equipped to spend some peaceful days.
