The Bad: The hot tub/spa was not working and it looked liked it had been out of service for awhile although I cannot confirm that. [These types of things should be stated up front when booking]. They could use another worker at the breakfast on the weekends. The Ugly: Boxes were piled up outside on the back of the property. Pillows were piled up underneath the stairway on the back end of the building.」
