The House is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bath in beautiful Bentonville AR. The House is wonderfully located to trails, museums, breweries and restaurants. Garage with 4 car driveway parking. Bike wash stand. Washer/dryer, laundry soap. Dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven ,coffee, sugar, cream, salt, pepper. All bedding. Towels. Hairdryer. First Aide kit. Iron, ironing board. The House is professionally cleaned and sanitized. 3 night minimum.

Would suggest a king sized bed for the main bedroom. Would also suggest some plastic tumbler cups for kids. I was afraid my kids would drop the glasses so got bottled water to prevent anything getting broken. But overall great location on a private cul-de-sac. Next time we come to Arkansas, we will book this rental again.

The House

The house was perfect for us: a family of four. We booked every day and found the location to be perfect. We could easily bike to Slaughter Pen and pickleball courts in Osage Park. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house was well stocked.

Bentonville Stay

Coming from Oregon, I confess I didn’t necessarily have high expectations for our Arkansas visit. But Bentonville is an AMAZING place! Beautiful people, gorgeous location, and lots of fun things to do and explore. The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and situated perfectly for our stay.

Great Locatio

Overall we enjoyed our stay when we were there in the evenings (Bike Fest and Trail Riding during the day). The host was very responsive when we messaged. My only issue was the spiders, I think that the home needs a thorough inspection in closets and under the counters. A quarterly pest control come through the home will help rid this issue. There was Zevo bug spray in the suppy closet, but I wasn't comfortable spraying in fear of something discoloring or staining. The location is very close to downtown and trails if you are biking as we did the entire time there. The neighborhood is super quiet. We would stay here again .

We really enjoyed the house. The convenience of having a garage and wash station for bikes was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens for bed and bath were nice too. A coffee pod station was provided (but no drip coffee pot). The town square and a lot of restaurants are within one mile or less. First time in bentonville and we really enjoyed! Hope to be back.

Absolutely perfect for the mountain biker. Bike wash and access to the garage covered porch 100% satisfied my stay. Love the location, the Roto bikes everywhere.

Great stay for MTB in BVL

The house was perfect for our 6 night family stay. Great location for accessing the Slaughter Pen trails and downtown square by bike. We could have biked to Coler Mtn also, but we chose the short drive instead. Took advantage of the bike wash and racks in the garage. So convenient! Walmart store and Walmart neighborhood market close by for all the essentials. Spark ice cream and Trash ice cream were both hits.

Mountain biking weekend

Stayed here for weekend of mountain biking. Worked great for me and my 2 adult sons. We walked to downtown a coupe of times and sometimes Uber. Close to the good restaurants etc. Easy to access trails from this location and house is setup w garage access to recharge e-bikes. Very clean and comfortable.
