“We stayed here twice in a week. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location as well. One of the few good quality accommodations near beruwala. This villa is owned by a very nice family, who were so accommodative, and helped us and we're very flexible. They also prepared good breakfast and provided nice conversation. “For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. “Beautiful villa! We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and the manager Dino was terrific. He helped us coordinate our menu and made us feel at home. The set up of the house is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are clean, decorated nicely, and spa-like bathrooms. The outside area including the pool were spectacular - amazing views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. I highly recommend this villa.
