The entire house is tiled in anthracite and equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom has two wash basins, a bath and a shower. The open living room with dining area is rounded off by the ultra-modern kitchen. The decor is very new and modern. The house is individually decorated and the friendly colors invite you to relax.
For the period of the rent is self catering.
Bed linen, electricity and water are included in the price. Unfortunately we do not offer you towels.
On the day of arrival, the key will be in the door and the guest will carry out a visual inspection / acceptance of any damage that has already occurred.
Please report to Ms. Ode on the day of departure so that follow-up supervision and key handover can take place.
Liability and obligations of the tenant
(1) The rental property including the furniture and the other objects in it are gentle

to stop. The tenant is liable for culpable damage to the rental property, the furniture or other

(4) We do not charge cancellation fees as we do not offer reimbursement of costs in the event of cancellation.
Guests are asked to take out private travel cancellation insurance.
Ms. Ode will be happy to answer any further questions on site.

Sehr sauberes Haus - Top Ausstattung - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - einziger Makel wäre die fehelnde Zufahrt mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus, dies sollte in dem Inserat besser beschrieben werden, da der Parkplatz dann doch etwas weiter weg (200m) vom Haus ist und man die Nachbarn nicht immer nerven möchte, um mal auf das Grundstück zu fahren.

Das Haus war super und alles war einwandfrei. Die Einweisung von den "Freunden im Haus davor" fanden wir auch noch nett aber die Endkontrolle war dann etwas zu stark. Unter jedes Bett wurde gekrochen und nachgesehen, ob wir auch nichts haben liegen lassen. Wir wollten einfach nur los. Nach ca 10 Minuten, Endkontrolle mit Blick in alle Räume konnten wir dann endlich weiter.Trotz bezahlter Endreinigung hatten wir alles Tip Top gereinigt hinterlassen. In der Checkout-Regel von Fewo heisst es, es reicht die Geschirrspülmaschine anzustellen reicht. Die "Freunde aus dem Haus davor" haben jedoch erzählt, dass dies so nicht passt. Also haben wir die Geschirrspülmaschine überhaupt nicht benutzt und alles mit der Hand gespült, damit wir den Checkout Termin schaffen.Alles war super, aber man fühlte sich unwohl kontrolliert.

Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Alles war einfach top: die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt, die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und super freundlich. Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert – ruhig, schön gelegen und mit allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub rundum genießen. Es ist eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Die Verwalter sind mega nett. Es hat alles gut geklappt.
Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) da. Leider gab es keinen Kinderhochstuhl. Wir hatten ständig Sorge, dass die Kids irgendwas kaputt machen, denn alles war mit viel Liebe hochwertig dekoriert. Es ist wirklich super gepflegt, auch der Außenbereich.
