酒店新淨企理，房間寬敞舒適，隔音很好，沒有噪音。早晚自助餐都不錯，用餐環境舒適美觀。非常之適合親子遊，溫泉區和泳池區，還有遊戲區，小朋友也很盡興，推薦。自駕會比較方便。

已經是第3次入住杉乃井酒店。酒店有自助停車場，方便自駕人仕。亦有巴士到別府站。酒店是包早晚餐，餐食只是一般。但感覺對比上一年食物質素與種類有增加。溫泉棚湯同aqur garden十分有質素。可以露天浸溫泉或者一家大小一齊浸也可以。

Onsen hotel with various entertainments
I call it as a resort hotel with onsen. I stayed at 宙館which is quite new and clean. The hotel is big with various entertainment in house though you have to pay but you can spend your time besides enjoy the onsen. BTW the dinner buffet is good with lots of choice.

溫泉 放鬆 很棒的旅館
除了吃飯要走一段很長的路對我媽媽膝蓋不好的有點負擔外。溫泉很棒房間超讚，也有足夠的停車場。建議提早抵達好好在飯店放鬆休閒。buffet很好吃。別府灣的景也很美。

今次已是第二次入住杉乃井飯店。上次住本館，今次住宙館。一如以往，泊車方便，溫泉一流，一家大小不同需求都滿足得到。惟餐飲方面好像比4年前退步了。但瑕不掩瑜，依然值得推薦。

We had a stunning sea view in our hotel room. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent as there were a large variety of choice. The hot spring facilities were good too. Actually, this is our second time to stay in the same hotel. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience even I stayed here for 5 times. IBefore we stayed, the hotel offered the free cancellation given i asked the situation of the outbreak of coronavirus over the world. It gives me peace of mind. During the stay, as my booking is run of house and special price, I cant believe the room offered is Japanese & western type which accommodating 4 persons, like a family room with sea view. Also, the 5/F corridors are reopened & convenience to travel between for spa, dining and shopping under cold weather. Overall speaking, this hotel is the best choice for relax and family time in japan

房間尚可，但是地點很好附近有商場可逛，距離火車站很近，出入非常方便
