「It's a nice and comfortable hotel, locate at a convenient location (very close to the bus stop and information center).
The only thing that made us feel confused and a little bit disappointing was we booked the room at Hotels.com, but we got a lower-grade room. But the staff provided us free dinner to compensate for the price difference.
Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it's a not bad choice when you travel to Berchtesgaden.」
