La camera era fatiscente e obsoleta, molto fredda, le lenzuola lise, il bagno aveva una perdita d'acqua dal rubinetto e il box doccia era problematico. La colazione appena sufficiente. Ma la cosa veramente assurda è stato il costo, rispetto a quello che ci è stato offerto, esagerato anche per la Turchia. L'unica nota positiva, il personale.

Very good visit

Welcoming receptionist who was charming and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of town, close to lots of good places to eat. The museum is opposite and you can walk to the two sets of archeological sites if you wish as we did. Inside the hotel we slept well on comfortable beds. Bathroom was good. Breakfast is simple but adequate

ㅇ베르가마 중심가에 위치하여 식당,상점이 많음 ㅇ박물관 바로 앞이라 방문하기 좋습니다. ㅇ주차는 전용주차장은 없고 호텔 앞에 무료로 주차 했습니다. ㅇ기본적인 조식은 나름 성의껏 제공 됩니다. ㅇ단점으로는 -리셉션 여자분이 객실료를 직접 리라화나 85유로 현금만을 요구하므로 리라화나 유로가 필요합니다. 다만, 현금을 받고도 영수증을 발행해 주지 않으므로 그 여성분에게 서면으로 된 메모라도 요구해야 나중에 분쟁을 막을 수 있습니다. -객실에 기본 물조차도 제공해 주지 않습니다. 아마 오너가 호텔에 대한 투자 의지가 없다고 생각이 들 정도 입니다. -객실 내 의자가 흉물처럼 찢어져 있습니다. 처음에는 고양이가 집을 지어 놓은 것으로 착각했습니다. -밤이 되니 객실이 어두워도 너무 어둡 습니다. 딸랑 조명 3개가 전부 입니다. 아마 청소상태를 감추기 위해서라고 농담삼아 얘기 할 정도였습니다. -그냥 하루 스쳐 지나갈 생각이라면 투숙해도 될 것이지만 2박 이상이라면 다른곳을 알아 보심이 정신 건강에 좋을 듯 합니다.

見つけやすいホテル

朝食について以外は特に問題がないホテル。 朝食はチェックイン時に7:30と言われたが、7:30になっても提供されず、45分ぐらいまで待っても音沙汰なかった。他の客も不思議がっていた。バスの時間があったので８時までは待っていなかったので、その後提供されたかもしれない。フロントにもスタッフはいなくて、カードキーをカウンターにおいてチェックアウトした。残念だった。

Muy buena situación junto al Museo de Pérgamo. Personal gentil y amable. Buen tamaño de la habitación. Hay un pequeño frigorífico y un hervidor aunque no había té ni café ni azucar, unas botellitas de agua tampovo vendría mal. El desayuno turco es escueto, se echa a faltar más dulces y fruta.

Tek kişilik odada kaldım, yer olarak bir numara, oda yeterince temiz diyebilirim zor görünen yerlerde biraz toz var. Banyo temiz fakat sadece şampuan vardi. Kahvaltı var ve benim için gayet yeterliydi. Taksi durağına yakın. Yalnız gezginler için tavsiye ediliyor.

Mauvaise expérience de cette ville

Déçu par cet hôtel, tout d'abord pas de parking privé comme spécifié sur Hotels.com mais stationnement dans la rue ! Ensuite anarque au moment de régler la chambre : débité ma CB 83,99€ au lieu de 76,50€ sous prétexte que l'hôtelier a des frais liés au paiement CB (il me semble que ce n'est pas au client de régler ce genre de frais). Enfin, personnel à l'accueil qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais donc dialogue de sourd, on lui parle en anglais et elle en turc. PDJ correcte sans plus. Chambre assez bruyante malgré que nous soyons au quatrième étage. Attention dans le quartier, ils aiment les touristes car aucun tarifs affichés et prix exorbitants une fois en caisse, nous nous sommes fait excroquer dans un Kebab a 2 pas de l'hôtel qui nous a facturé une fortune 3 assiettes de Kebab (à peine 100g de viande chacun) et 3 cannettes de sodas -> 840 TL !

First night in Turkey

We arrived later than planned, our host was still up and treating us with a big smile. The room was as we had reserved, and the breakfast next day was also varied and filling, typical Turkish with an array off delicious varying dishes and a never ending supply of tea. Highly recommended!
