Tolle Lage - mangelhafte Wohnung

Sehr schlechter Schallschutz, die Gäste aus dem 1. OG waren bis nachts sehr laut. Zudem gab es eine Leckage an der Decke, Wasser tropfte in einem Schlafzimmer von der Decke. Die schmutzige Bettwäsche Handtücher der Vormieter waren im Kleiderschrank gelagert. Zudem war die Ausstattung der Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen..... schade und zu teuer!

Leider kein schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, der Abfluss i d Küche funktionierte nicht, ein Zimmer ist komplett ohne Fenster, die Heizung im Schlafzimmer ging gar nicht. An drei Tagen tropfte das Spülwasser der Toilette der oberen Wohnung an der Decke ins Zimmer. Wir wurden immer nur vertröstet, mussten selber nachfragen und eine Lösung wurde nicht gefunden. Die Umgebung ist toll, aber die Wohnung war eine Katastrophe.
